SAIL — Smart AI Leads: Automotive Dealer CRM
SAIL is a purpose-built CRM and lead management platform for the Spanish automotive market. It centralizes inbound leads from major car portals, telephony, WhatsApp, and web forms into a single workspace — enabling dealer sales teams to track, respond to, and close vehicle inquiries across a multi-dealer network.
The Challenge
Spanish car dealerships receive leads from dozens of fragmented sources — portals like Coches.com, coches.net, HeyCar, and CarWow; inbound calls; WhatsApp messages; and walk-in contacts — with no unified system to track response times, assign ownership, or manage follow-up. Leads go unattended, response quality is inconsistent, and dealer group managers have no visibility across sites.
What We Built
- ✓Unified multi-source lead inbox: Aggregates leads from 30+ origins — coches.net, Coches.com, Sumauto, HeyCar, CarWow, and missed calls — into a single list and Kanban panel.
- ✓Kanban + Calendar workflow for sales agents: Three-column Kanban (Unattended / Attended / Pending) with time-range filters for a live operational view, plus a Calendar that layers tasks and follow-ups in month, week, day, and agenda modes.
- ✓Rich lead detail with full communication history: Each record captures client type, vehicle interest, assigned dealer, lead source, tasks, timestamped notes, WhatsApp thread, and a complete activity audit — all in one view.
- ✓Native WhatsApp and telephony integration: WhatsApp Business linked per-dealer via GREEN-API with QR device pairing. Inbound calls logged with timestamp, duration, source attribution, and audio playback in the admin.
- ✓Multi-dealer, multi-group architecture: Three-level hierarchy of Groups → Concessionaires → Users, with 14 dealer groups and 63 dealerships in production — each with role-scoped data access and availability tracking.
- ✓In-platform support and onboarding content: Built-in help system with a CMS-managed blog for release notes and a Tutorial section with video upload — reducing onboarding friction for new dealer staff.
